If by matam, you mean the ritualistic beating of one's chest in mourning and other customs, then no. Zaydis don't do that. We may gather to remember the martyrdom of the imams, but this gathering is free of ritualistic wailing, mourning, etc. It's more so a session of education. Here is an example.
