The age of maturity in the absence of any of the signs of maturity (first wet dream, first menstruation) is fifteen.
According to the
madhhab, the presence of witnesses is recommended but not a precondition for the validity of divorce. However, Imam Mansur Billah al-Qaasim b. Muhammad, upon him be peace, held to the view that witnesses are a precondition (Ref.
Al-I'tisaam).
