Is the universe eternal, or does the universe have a beginning? was created by Mohammad

Did Imam Qasim (a.s) believe the universe had a beginning like Al Ghazali, or did he believe that the universe was eternal like Ibn Sina and Ibn Rushd?

Thanks for your question!

In his works--specifically, his Daleel as-Sagheer, Imam ar-Rassi (as) stated explicitly that the universe was created. He used the creation of the universe as a proof for the Creator.
