As-salaam alaykum !

What is the view of Zaydi scholars about the uprising against tyrants and this type of sayings by Sunni scholars : "It is not permissible to rise up against those who hold authority even though they are tyrants, unless they openly display a clear disbelief. Otherwise, it is obligatory to obey them in all that a man can love or disapprove, except if he orders what constitutes disobedience [to Allah], for there is no obedience to a creature if it Implies disobedience to the Creator. " (Ibn Juzayy Al-Kalbī Al-Gharanaatī Al-Maalikī)

wa alaykum as salaam!

Thank you for your question! We addressed this question in great detail in our book here--> http://www.salvationark.com/salvationark1/index.php/home/20-zaidi-associations/imam-rassi-society/39-the-establishment-of-clear-exposition-a-commentary-on-al-hadis-the-fundamentals-of-the-religionbook .

But generally, Zaidis permit and encourage uprising against tyrants under a Zaidi imam.

And Allah knows best!
