Fatwa : Eating Chocolates from Hindus

Q : A colleague of mine in the company, who is Hindu, was blessed with a newborn and gifted the employees juice and chocolates. Is it permissible to eat them? Please advise.

A : It is permissible to eat what they do not directly touch with their bodies and what does not mix with any of their bodily fluids.
