Fatwa : Killing birds which attack Bees

Question:
Is it permissible to kill birds that come over the bees (the hives), known as ḥirāb, which eat the bees?
Answer:
Yes, it is permissible to kill them due to the harm they cause.

هل يجوز قتل الطيور التي تجي فوق النحل، أي النوب، وهذه الطيور تُسمّى حراب وتأكل النوب؟
 جواب:
نعم، يجوز قتلها لضررها.
