Fatwa : (istiftāḥ / tawajjuh) after the opening takbīr

Question:
What is the ruling on reciting the opening supplication (istiftāḥ / tawajjuh) after the opening takbīr in an obligatory prayer?
 Answer:
It is a strong position according to our Imams.
