Date of Mawlid an Nabi

Salaamu Alaikum,

As I am writing, it is 11th Rabi' al-Awwal and so the anniversary of the birth of the holy Prophet (may he and his progeny be blessed) is approaching.

I am aware that there are conflicting opinions about the date of his birth, with some sources stating the 9th, 12th, and 17th.

Is there a consensus from the madhhab of ahlulbayt regarding which date is most reliably the true date of the prophet's (may he and his progeny be blessed) birth?

sorry for the late reply but as far as i know the most stated date is the 12th of Rabi al-Awwal among the zaydis.

I do not know of any consensus on this question.
