Rajm

Thank you for your question! According to Zaydi fiqh, rajm is an established way of punishment as established by the sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his progeny, as well as the tradition of Ali (as) and the subsequent imams of the Prophetic Household. The only sect that does not recognise the legality of rajm is the Khawaarij. [Ref. Al-Bahr az-Zakhkhaar]
