Killing of non-combatants

Thanks for letting me know. Have you ever happened to come across a similar narration to the following within the Zaydi corpus which explicitly forbids the killing of noncombatants:

Abu Shuraih reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

إِنَّ مِنْ أَعْتَى النَّاسِ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَنْ قَتَلَ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ

Verily, the most tyrannical of people to Allah the Exalted is he who kills those who did not fight him. (Musnad Aḥmad 15943, Grade: Sahih)

Yes. A similar hadith appears in Al-Jaami' al-Kaafi and Sahiifa Ali b. Musa ar-Rida (as). As for the narration in Al-Jaami' al-Kaafi, it appears with the following wording:
إن أعتى الناس على اللّه عز وجل ثلاثة: من قتل غير قاتله، وأخذ بدخول الجاهلية، واستحل هذا الحرم
It appears in the Sahiifa Ali b. Musa ar-Rida (as) with the following wording:
بسنده عن آبائه، عن علي عَلَيْهم السَّلام، قال: (ورثت عن رسول اللَّه صَلَّى الله عَلَيْه وَآله وسَلَّم كتابين: كتاب اللَّه تعالى، وكتاباً في قراب سيفي) قيل: يا أمير المؤمنين، وما الكتاب الذي في قراب سيفك؟ قال: (من قتل غير قاتله، أو ضرب غير ضاربه فعليه لعنة اللَّه).
I would say that the narration's meaning is agreed upon although there is different wording.
